Builder Nominee: Erin Uritus - Nationwide Realty Investors

Erin is responsible for sales and marketing of NRI’s for sale residential developments. She has been involved in the planning, design and sales for over 400 condominiums in the Arena District and Grandview Yard. Erin also maintains relationships with home builders to determine market needs and lay out new residential neighborhoods within NRI’s Jerome Village and Northstar developments.     

Erin has been with NRI for 20 years. Prior to joining the NRI team, Erin obtained a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University in Economics Management.  

Builder Nominee: Todd Lipschutz - Maronda Homes

Todd Lipschutz's Homebuilding / Developer career spans over 25 years including executive rolls with 3 National Builders in 3 different markets. He relocated to Columbus in 2019 with Maronda Homes and recently was promoted to President of the North Region for Maronda Homes including KY, OH and PA.  He and his bride Kathy have 2 grown children and consider Columbus the best place they have lived. Todd’s free time is spent playing golf, hiking with this wife and 2 dogs and traveling to spend time with family.

Associate Nominee: Mark Robinson - Pella of Columbus

Mark Robinson is Owner and President of Pella of Columbus.  He was born and raised in Central Ohio, and left to attend Miami University where he received both his Bachelor’s in Organizational Communication and an MBA with focus on International Business & Supply Chain Management.  Prior to working for Pella, Mark worked in the automotive & aerospace industries in both distribution and manufacturing organizations.  Mark purchased a majority stake in the business as of December 2021, from Gunton Corporation.

Outside of Pella, Mark enjoys golf, horses, and has recently taken an interest in cooking.  He is married to Katie and together they have three children, Elizabeth, Maria, and Tripp.

Associate Nominee: Mike Reeves - Kimley Horn

Mike Reeves serves as a Vice-President at Kimley-Horn and leads the residential development practice in the Columbus Office. Mike has worked in the site development field for 17 years with a focus on residential development since graduating from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

As project manager, Mike partners with private developers, providing site civil engineering services for their residential and commercial/industrial sites. The projects Mike has designed and managed range from small commercial sites to hundreds of acres of multi-use master planned communities. Mike values the business of his clients and enjoys the challenges of the development community. He loves to incorporate his passion for engineering when developing solutions for the local building community.

Mike is a has served as a Board Member and Associate Vice-President of the BIA of Central Ohio and co-chairperson of the Builders’ and Developers’ Council. As a part of the Builders’ and Developers’ Council he has been active in subcommittees that have worked with numerous municipalities around central Ohio to help identify plan review process, procedure improvements and code review.

 Mike and his family reside in Clintonville and spend most of their free time trying to keep up with a toddler, making wine and training for marathons.
