The Parade of Homes is a tradition that BIA has hosted since the 1950s and it is an opportunity for our builders and developers to showcase to the public properties across a series of communities, including new homes, townhomes, apartments and specific developments. 

This approach extends the parade across various Columbus-area regions, rather than concentrating the residencies inside a single development, allowing you, our members to showcase more homes, communities, and various price points for the area.

Along with the showcase opportunity the BIA Parade of Homes introduces your brand to consumers through various of types of targeted marketing, including but not limited to TV (paid and earned media stories/commercials), social media, and updates on our website.

Not only is this unique experience only for the Builders and developers but it is an opportunity for the associate members to promote their products and workmanship through partnered marketing with builder participants, traditional marketing, sponsorship and events.

**New for 2024 showcase the lots you have available - $1,500 fee - $1,000 if submitting multiple properties**

Parade of Homes submittal rates:
$3,000 for one and or two properties
$2,500 for any additional
$2,500 for virtual
$1,500 - $1,000 for available lots
