New Home Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and site supervision. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. 

*Duties* - Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. - Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope of work, resources required, and timelines. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. - Utilize construction estimating techniques to prepare accurate cost estimates for projects. - Manage project schedules using Primavera or similar software to track progress and adjust timelines as necessary. - Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure all aspects of the project are understood by the team. - Facilitate communication among all stakeholders involved in the project, addressing any issues or changes promptly. - Oversee contract negotiations and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled by all parties involved. - Implement effective project coordination strategies to streamline operations and enhance productivity. 

*Requirements* - Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong understanding of construction processes. - Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera for scheduling and tracking progress. - Familiarity with Civil 3D software is a plus for design-related tasks. - Strong skills in construction estimating and blueprint reading are essential. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with team members and stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. - A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
