Memmer Homes is seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of 

high-end custom home construction projects. This position is responsible for managing on-site activities, 

coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining clear communication with clients and 

internal team members

in this role requires exceptional attention to detail and design, strong organizational skills, and a proactive 

mindset focused on efficiency, quality and client satisfaction.

A. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the on-site lead for construction projects. 
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and continuously review architectural plans and
       specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Create, manage and execute detailed construction schedules. 
• Walk jobs daily and be present, looking at what’s needed and what’s coming next. 
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and lead on-site meetings and provide clear,
       weekly updates. Client communications and interactions should achieve positive experiences. 
• Manage and interact with subcontractors, coordinating their performance and ensuring
       specifications are followed and work meets quality and schedule expectations.
• Ensure site safety, enforce company policies and values and ensure compliance with business
       practices. 
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to maintain progress and quality.
• Collaborate with the Design Manager and Estimating/Purchasing Manager to maintain
       alignment throughout the project.
• Manage warranty items and ensure client satisfaction post-completion.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and team members.
